Research Interests

My primary research interest is the intersection of Meta-Learning, Reinforcement Learning and Large Language Models. My past work has focused on automated discovery: from meta-learning shaped reward functions and robust Inverse Reinforcement Learning algorithms, to improved objectives for offline LLM Preference Optimization, and most recently, interpretable IRL through code evolution.
